Requirements

You have experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role.
You’re detail-oriented and take pride in your ability to create spotless spaces.
You’re self-motivated and work efficiently, whether independently or as part of a team.
You’re friendly and approachable, always ready to provide excellent service to residents and coworkers.
You’re reliable and consistent, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
You’re comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies and can follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms.
Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair.
Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment.
Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
