Management Level: Class 1 Pay - 17.00/Hr. plus 0.60 shift differential Position Summary: The housekeeper will keep all areas related to housekeeping/laundry clean and sanitary with minimal supervision, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: Must have been in their current position 6 months, to transfer to another shift, line, or facility. Must have been in their current position 90 days to promote.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize Team member welfare areas including restrooms, hallways, smoking, office, and entry ways while following company guidelines on cleaning techniques.
Responsible for laundering of Team member equipment as necessary and distributing and return PPE.
Distribute smocks, gloves, hairnets, etc. daily to Team Members.
Must be willing and able to move or lift, up to 40 lbs.
Must be willing to use standard cleaning equipment, such as mop/bucket, vacuum, and squeegees as required.
Must be willing and able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day.
