Responsibilities

• Provide clean and comfortable guest rooms according to Veridea Group Standards.
• Assist guests in a sincere and courteous manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Thoroughly clean and set up guest rooms, including changing linens and removing trash.
• Clean all surfaces in the bathroom area and dust all surfaces in the room.
• Replenish room amenities and promotional materials.
• Ensure all electronic devices in the room are in working order.
• Vacuum guest rooms and follow proper procedures for stay-over and checkout rooms.
• Report unusual circumstances to the supervisor and maintain a clean housekeeping cart.
• Check cart stock and restock as needed, ensuring safety and security of linens and equipment.
