About The Position

To provide housekeeping services and special floor care maintenance throughout campus facilities, and in support of university functions, to ensure a sanitary and safe environment. Responsible for the care and handling of housekeeping equipment, supplies and assigned keys. Normal work schedule 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Knowledge of general housekeeping procedures and related equipment
• Ability to accomplish a physically challenging occupation
• Ability to understand and follow all safety precautions and work related directions
• Ability to lift 50 libs and frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs
• Ability to communicate and work in a team effort
