About The Position
Be the Face of Cleanliness and Quality Customer Service Housekeeping Worker - Part-time - Day Shift Weekdays/Weekends/Holidays NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital At NewYork-Presbyterian, our housekeeping staff is essential to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our patients and their families. If you’re ready to play a key role in the care and caring of our patients, explore the following position: Maintain cleanliness and a culture of compassion, caring, warmth and support within our hospital. Spend quality time and build solid relationships with patients and their families. Go above and beyond for patients to deliver superior customer service and ensure their comfort and safety at all times. The shift for this position is 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, and it includes regular schedules on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays. The location is 5141 Broadway at 220th Street in Manhattan.
Requirements
- Ability to handle automatic floor scrubbing machines, floor buffers and wet and dry vacuum.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED
- Hotel, restaurant, retail experience
- Customer service experience
