About The Position

Maintain cleanliness of assigned area. Operate tools and equipment as trained. Clean assigned area as instructed. Move furniture, rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment. Stock and maintain par levels of supplies in all porter closets. Clean walls, ceilings and vents. Familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment used within the department. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21
• Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive and courteous manner
• Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents
• Ability to operate specialty equipment such as Scrubber, walk behind and ride on. Variable speed buffer, Carpet extractor and Scissor lift
• Knowledge of the processes of maintaining and caring for all types of flooring; Vinyl flooring, Concrete, Stamped concrete, Carpeted flooring and Marble flooring
• Must have valid Nevada driver's license
