Requirements
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
- Minimum of two ( 2) years experience in a large resort .
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with stone, masonry, and/or ceramic tile cleaning preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of floors and carpets in all public areas.
- Clean walls, ceilings, vents, and stairwells.
- Clean all areas outside of building as specified.
- Take inventory and complete daily reports and requisitions.
- Polish marble, stone, and linoleum.
- Clean carpets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
