About The Position

JOB PURPOSE: To provide turndown services of guest rooms, and any additional duties as assigned in accordance with Omni standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responds to all guest requests appropriately. Always greet our guests warmly with a smile, call them by name whenever possible. Responsible to provide turndown services for assigned number of guest rooms. Responsible for providing additional amenities and housekeeping services for our VIP guests. Perform all the functions of a Room Attendant and Housekeeping Houseperson as needed and warmly greet all our guests. To provide full servicing of guest rooms upon request. Offer assistance and information to our guests. Removes room service trays from guest rooms and public space Assist with public areas when needed Responsible for restocking caddies, linen, and refilling chemical bottles for Guest Room Attendants. Keep all housekeeping and linen areas clean and tidy. Duties, responsibilities and work locations may change or be asigned at any time based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Able to maintain a 4- diamond level of service.
  • Able to work with Management on special projects.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (must be able to answer basic questions about services and amenities, give directions to guests).
  • Ability to push and pull housekeeping supply cart.
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
  • Requires repetitive motion of arms and hands.
