About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant to join our dedicated and dynamic team! As a Turndown Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, working in the early evening to create a welcoming space for our guests.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous Housekeeping Experience is a plus
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Successful candidates must posses legal United States work authorization
• 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM availability required

Responsibilities

• Receive a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift
• Remove used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
• Wipe down any wet surfaces in the bathroom
• Fold any clothing left in room and place it in appropriate spot
• Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
• Close drapes, reduces lighting and prepares bed.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationary and pens
• Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed
