About The Position
Trinity Landing is a new resort-style independent living community located on the Intracoastal waterway, dedicated to providing a clean and safe environment for its residents. The Housekeeping position, officially titled Environmental Services Aide, plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of both resident apartments and common areas. This full-time role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service, ensuring that all areas are not only clean but also welcoming for residents and their guests. Housekeepers will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and common areas. Attention to detail is paramount, as the role involves ensuring that all fixtures, floors, and surfaces are maintained to the highest standards. The position also requires effective communication skills, as housekeepers will interact with residents and report any maintenance needs to the Environmental Services Director or Maintenance Director. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all residents. In addition to cleaning duties, housekeepers are expected to participate in educational programs as required and reflect the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of Lutheran Services Carolinas in their daily interactions.
