About The Position

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the campground. From ensuring sparkling restrooms and fresh linens to keeping common areas pristine, you’ll help create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Bonus: Perfect for Work Campers: This is an ideal role for a work camper seeking a full-time opportunity with an RV site at an incredible campground. This is a 30 hour per week seasonal role, beginning in Spring and ending in November of 2026.

Requirements

• Passion for Cleanliness & Hospitality: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing top-notch guest experiences.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment and communicates effectively.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This availability is vital to the role.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for mobility around the campground.
• English Proficiency: Ability to understand and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines for bathhouses, restrooms, cabins, laundry rooms, pool furniture, game rooms, and other guest-use facilities.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and use chemicals safely, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Track and report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and guest essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.
• Collect and properly log found items, ensuring valuables are secured.
• Identify and report any maintenance concerns, damaged items, or guest complaints to the General Manager.
• Greet guests with a warm smile, be responsive to their needs, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
