This role is essential in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone in the building. Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
Requirements
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- A true team player—positive, supportive, communicative, and dependable
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
- Flexibility to handle schedule changes, urgent requests, or special assignments
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of the on-site gym and shower facilities
- Vacuum and clean floors throughout the building
- Empty garbage and recycling bins; dispose of waste properly
- Clean and reset conference rooms for meetings and daily use
- Assist with event setup (tables, chairs, equipment)
- Respond promptly to unexpected cleaning needs (spills, accidents, etc.)
- Provide coverage for absent team members to ensure consistent service
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to support shared goals and complete tasks efficiently
