Possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a DMV background check, as driving YMCA vehicles and transporting teams to lodging areas is part of the role. At Snow Mountain Ranch, everyone in the Housekeeping Department — from the Department Head to new staff — participates in daily cleaning of lodging units. Leadership team members also gain valuable experience in commercial laundry operations, hotel management systems, customer service, and resort logistics and supply coordination. The Housekeeping Team Leader supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch, which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center, as well as a residential camp serving more than 50,000 guests annually. This position plays a key leadership role within a department of 20–75 staff, supervising teams responsible for cleaning assigned cabins and lodge rooms.
