The primary purpose of this position is to supervise housekeeping team members, inspect guestrooms and public spaces for cleanliness, proper inventory and item quality and safety. Assists in scheduling, training, coaching and discipline of team members. May also perform cleaning duties when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team members
• Inspect guestrooms and public spaces for cleanliness
• Ensure proper inventory and item quality and safety
• Assist in scheduling, training, coaching and discipline of team members
• Perform cleaning duties when necessary
