About The Position
The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that the daily duties of the staff are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. This role involves supervising Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants, and Housepersons/Lobby Attendants, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager. The supervisor promotes a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while protecting assets and minimizing expenses to maximize profits.
