About The Position
Come be part of our Rooms team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Hyatt Regency DFW located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the housekeeping area, to include public areas and night cleaning, room inspections, on the floor with the Housekeeping team and other duties as needed. This requires some understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars and will assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed. Experience with turndown service, special needs of VIP Guests and meeting planners is helpful. These responsibilities may also include staff training, development and scheduling. The Housekeeping Supervisor will promote an atmosphere that insures customer and colleague satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members.
