We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our leadership team at the Hilton Austin Airport. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the hotel. Who We Are The recently refreshed Hilton is located in the historic Air Force command building right on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property. We are proud to be Austin's gateway full-service hotel. The hotel is managed by Pittsburgh, PA based Prospera Hospitality, with over 20 years of property management experience in hotels, restaurants, and convention centers. What You'll Do Lead, train, and develop Room Attendants, House Attendants, Laundry staff, and Inspectors. Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton brand standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure quality, cleanliness, and maintenance needs. Manage labor schedules, staffing levels, and daily room assignments to maintain productivity and efficiency. Collaborate closely with Front Office and Engineering to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals, maintenance issues are addressed, and guest requests are fulfilled promptly. Monitor departmental supplies, inventory, and ordering to maintain cost controls. Provide coaching, corrective action, and performance evaluations in alignment with company policies. Support onboarding and continuous training for new and existing team members. Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, safety protocols, and OSHA guidelines. Foster a positive work culture that prioritizes teamwork, communication, and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous leadership or supervisory experience in Housekeeping (hotel preferred). Strong understanding of housekeeping processes, quality standards, and safety procedures. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with hotel systems (e.g. PEP) is a plus. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. What You'll Receive This position will pay $24.00 to $26.00 per hour to start, with scheduled annual increases.
