About The Position

Hello, thank you for applying to HHS, LLC We are looking for a seasoned EVS Supervisor to join our EVS team at Rochester General Hospital. ALL WALK-INS WELCOMED Wage: $20.00 All Shifts (Weekends Mandatory) Day/Evening/Night shifts available Here is the address below: Location: Rochester General Hospital, 1425 Portland Ave, Rochester, NY 14621 US- ASK FOR EVS. INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Park in the garage - go to the front desk! They may actually hand you directions to EVS! RED Elevator to the basement, take a right and follow the signs to the Environmental Service Office. Dress code: No jeans/Shirts with holes, no headphones, etc. Please bring ID and SSN.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• GED or high school diploma
• Experience as a supervisor preferred

Nice To Haves

• Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and assign cleaning duties to ensure coverage of all areas
• Perform daily inspections and maintain quality control programs
• Manage supplies and ensure team members have the equipment necessary to complete job assignments
• Assist with payroll and administrative duties as assigned
• Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital as needed to ensure full coverage
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
