About The Position

Consistently ranked among the top 5% of Aloft Hotels worldwide for guest satisfaction, our 135-room hotel sits just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and the city’s most exciting destinations. We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in excellence and leads by example. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our hotel remains clean, welcoming, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and cleanliness
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel systems
  • 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support housekeeping team members, including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff
  • Assign daily tasks and schedules, monitor productivity, and ensure completion to brand standards
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best
  • Assist with hiring, performance feedback, and corrective action when needed
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met
  • Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, stocked, and ready for arriving guests
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams regarding room readiness and guest needs
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering housekeeping supplies
  • Support efficient daily operations while maintaining brand and safety standards
