Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel or resort management or a similar hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including room standards and supply management
  • Flexibility to work year-round, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of both resort properties, including hotel room management and guest services
  • Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency
  • Submit supply requests and manage inventory to ensure all operational needs are met
  • Maintain and enforce room standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations
