As our Housekeeping / Janitorial Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the entire club. You’ll guide and support the housekeeping team, ensure high standards are consistently met across locker rooms, fitness floors, studios, and common areas, and help create an environment that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. This role blends hands-on leadership, attention to detail, accountability, and operational awareness to ensure our members walk into a space that feels cared for, organized, and ready for them every day.
