Overview of the role We are looking for a Full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to work Midshift from 11:00 am to 7:00pm. Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience? We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Epicurean Hotel. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role (luxury hotel experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier guest service.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have open schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hotel housekeeping management systems and inventory management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervising and coaching the housekeeping team
Conducting daily room inspections, including VIP arrivals
Managing housekeeping inventory and supply orders
Responding to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction
Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations
