About The Position

The Tru by Hilton Brunswick is looking for a full-time, Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise the housekeeping staff, provide exceptional housekeeping services, and enhance the overall guest experience. A typical day for a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Tru by Hilton starts around 8am when you receive your list of rooms to clean for the day. You will clean approximately 2-3 rooms per hour independently. As you are cleaning, your manager will inspect your rooms and send you back to fix anything that was missed. You may inspect rooms at times as well. That extra set of eyes ensures that our guests are satisfied and more likely leave a tip. The Tru by Hilton is managed by Aileron Management. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Attention to detail
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • 1 plus years of Hotel Housekeeping experience required.
  • 1 plus years of Hotel housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
