About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role within the Housekeeping Department, overseeing Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This position is responsible for monitoring team performance and tracking daily progress to maintain efficiency and quality. The department as a whole anticipates and customizes services based on guests’ needs. During staff absences or high-volume periods, the Housekeeping Supervisor will assist with frontline duties as necessary. This role requires a strong knowledge of the hotel’s services and amenities to effectively support both staff and guests. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and is overseen by the Director of Housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Opera, HotSOS, and REX preferred
  • Good written and spoken English, spoken Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Quality Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections of employee work to ensure all standards are consistently upheld
  • Supply Management: Monitoring supplies to ensure that the department is fully stocked
  • Training/Supervision: Coaching and training staff to consistently achieve high performance and quality standards
  • Communication/Teamwork: Developing and motivating the team to consistently meet and exceed standards
