The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role within the Housekeeping Department, overseeing Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This position is responsible for monitoring team performance and tracking daily progress to maintain efficiency and quality. The department as a whole anticipates and customizes services based on guests’ needs. During staff absences or high-volume periods, the Housekeeping Supervisor will assist with frontline duties as necessary. This role requires a strong knowledge of the hotel’s services and amenities to effectively support both staff and guests. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and is overseen by the Director of Housekeeping.
