About The Position

Maple Lawn Manor in Hydro, OK is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor! Holiday Pay, Benefits, and PTO available for Full Time positions. Previous experience in a medical or long-term care environment is required. The primary purpose of this position is to assist in supervising the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department as directed by the Director of Environmental Services to assure that facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. Ensure that the resident environment is safe, clean, comfortable and home-like Oversee the housekeeping services necessary to maintain a sanitary, orderly and comfortable interior Coordinate submission of work orders for housekeeping equipment requiring service or repair; ensure repairs follow manufacturer’s recommendations Maintain required records of work hours in collaboration with the human resources department Coordinate housekeeping services with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner Oversee housekeeping staff performance and scheduling Full list of duties available onsite with job description

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must have a clear background and drug test in accordance with state law
Proficiency in written and verbal communications skills
Ability to lift greater than 50lbs
Ability to bend, twist and squat on a regular basis
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Basic computer skills including typing, adapting quickly to new software, ability to look at a computer screen for long periods
