As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of cleanliness and comfort. Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and service excellence.
  • Ability to move about the property frequently (walking, standing, bending).
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
  • Basic English proficiency required (verbal and written).
  • At least 1 years of experience in housekeeping/laundry and previous experience of managing a department and or related experience
  • Prior successful performance as a Housekeeper
  • A high school certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Entry level , with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, budget management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Must be able to stand for periods of time; ability to lift to 25 lbs.; may require frequent bending, stooping and kneeling
  • Must be able to use basic mathematical techniques including percentages and ratios

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Assign tasks to room attendants and inspect completed work to maintain quality control.
  • Train, support, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent performance and teamwork.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
  • Help create and maintain a positive, productive, and respectful work environment.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development.
