Requirements

3+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure compliance with company standards
Identify and address any maintenance or repair issues in the cleaning areas
Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date on best practices and industry standards
