Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and professionalism
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow
  • Address guest requests and resolve any issues related to cleanliness promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with company policies and regulations
