Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory or housekeeping role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong English language skills; a second language is preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and support Housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Four Seasons cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Inspect the work performance of Room Attendants and House Attendants, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Lead and participate in special housekeeping projects that elevate the overall product and guest experience.
  • Prepare daily room assignment boards in the system and confirm proper staffing levels for upcoming shifts.
  • Maintain an organized Housekeeping office with accurate and up‑to‑date files and documentation.
  • Review guest profiles and execute Housekeeping-related preferences, Traces, and special requests.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, concerns, and service opportunities, escalating to management when appropriate.
  • Communicate room status updates and engineering issues using the proper protocols.
  • Assist with stripping, cleaning, and inspecting rooms as needed to support the operation.
  • Build strong, harmonious relationships with Room Attendants, House Attendants, and Laundry Attendants to ensure smooth workflow.
