Requirements

2+ years of supervisory experience.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Must be able to lift 35lbs.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

Assign duties to housekeeping team members while conducting ongoing inspections to ensure exceptional standards.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring timely follow-up and guest satisfaction.
Supervise assigned teams, maintaining a positive, productive, and service-focused environment
