Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

  • Be in the driver’s seat, guiding your team toward daily success with clear direction and support.
  • Assign duties to housekeeping team members while conducting ongoing inspections to ensure exceptional standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring timely follow-up and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise assigned teams, maintaining a positive, productive, and service-focused environment
