Requirements

  • 6 months of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
  • Ability to work either AM or PM schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
  • Report to maintenance any issues with the rooms
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
