Requirements

6 months of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
Proven supervisory or leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
Read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
Ability to work either AM or PM schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
Report to maintenance any issues with the rooms
Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
