Position Overview We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and sanitation practices.
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and standard office applications.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance on procedures, safety protocols, and service expectations.
  • Assign cleaning tasks and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; assist with ordering as needed.
  • Address and resolve guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and track room repairs or facility issues.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation regulations in compliance with hotel and industry standards.
  • Assist in onboarding new housekeeping team members.
