About The Position
Working alongside the Housekeeping Management team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Supervisor who possesses great attention to detail with a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. Requirements
- Prior experience in a luxury hospitality setting
- Proven ability to lead and train team members, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and to lift or move objects requiring 10-20 pounds on a regular basis.
- Flexible to work a variable schedule, including two relief overnight shifts, as well as weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of all guest rooms, public areas, pantries, and service spaces.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members through effective supervision, training, coaching, and motivation.
- Deliver exceptional personalized guest service by responding prompty to requests and coordinating special amenities
- Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, and unusual circumstances to management.
