About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the housekeeping team to ensure a safe environment, quality service, and maximum guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising the staff, promoting efficiency, and controlling expenses while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback.
• Maintain open communication with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Issue daily assignments to staff, ensuring smooth flow of operations and addressing special requests.
• Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accident prevention regulations.
• Control inventory and distribute supplies to staff, maintaining proper levels and minimizing waste.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a consistent and efficient housekeeping operation.
