The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and infection control practices
  • Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, residents, and families
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure adherence to cleanliness standards
  • Train and mentor housekeeping team members
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
  • Address resident concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
