Qualifications: Individual must be highly motivated and self-directed with a minimum of two years hotel housekeeping operations. Strong written and verbal communications are required. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, team building and problem solving skills are required. Computer software knowledge to include Word and Excel is preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to lead, guide, direct, develop and motivate people at all levels. Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of chemicals and cleaning supplies and technique/equipment including MSDS, OSHA, etc. guidelines. Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English, bilingual helpful (Spanish). Must have the ability to calmly handle stressful situations and be willing to work any day any shift. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
