The Role As an Inspections Floor Supervisor, you inspect cleaned rooms and public areas to ensure they meet brand, safety, and cleanliness standards. You support room attendants, provide feedback, and help resolve housekeeping issues throughout the shift. Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or inspection experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and coaching skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- Able to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift
- Flexible schedule to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
