About The Position

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR! Your Work Matters How will you make a difference? POSITION SUMMARY The Housekeeping Supervisor provides support and assists the housekeepers in daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventative environment within OSHA regulations. 1. Provide adequate assistance to housekeeping staff, ensuring proper training is received by all staff. 2. Maintain adequate schedules for all housekeeping staff. 3. Perform routine cleaning tasks of patient rooms, offices and public areas. 4. Assure that supply closets are kept clean and orderly. 5. Keep cleaning supplies and equipment safely stored when not in use and away from patients access when in use. 6. Assist the Manager of Facility Operations in other duties assigned. 7. Assist other departmental staff, as requested. 8. Report any situations that may affect the health and wellbeing of patients or employees. Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for: Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in housekeeping field, with at least one (1) year prior experience in lead housekeeping personnel, recommended. Additional Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision. May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
