We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others, maintaining high standards, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, infection control, and safety practices
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Commitment to Touchmark values and Gold Standards
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to reinforce teamwork and standards
- Perform and oversee housekeeping, janitorial, and laundry duties
- Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments, common areas, and offices
- Establish and manage daily, weekly, and long-term cleaning schedules
- Ensure proper infection control, safety, and lifting practices
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Promote a culture of customer service, teamwork, and accountability
