We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping operations across our vibrant campus. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both leadership and hands-on work—ensuring residents live in a clean, safe, and dignified environment.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ supervisory experience in environmental services or hospitality required; experience in senior living, healthcare, or similar residential settings highly preferred
Must have or be able to acquire a fingerprint clearance card
Strong communication skills
Able to read, write, speak and understand English
A heart for serving older adults
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and infection control
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving furniture
A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with ADP payroll processing a plus
Must have experience with MS Word and Excel
Experience with Yardi a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a dedicated housekeeping team
Ensure resident apartments and common areas are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained
Collaborate with staff across departments to meet campus-wide needs
Respond to resident requests with respect and professionalism
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
