About The Position

Housekeeping Supervisor (Seasonal / Temporary) Ojo Caliente, New Mexico Job Summary: Work where guests come to rest and reset. Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations in a peaceful, high-desert setting. You will oversee room cleanliness, staff performance, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, casitas, and public spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong opportunity to build supervisory experience in a destination resort known for wellness and hospitality. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in hotel or resort
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout large property
  • Valid driver capability for golf cart use
  • Flexible schedule, weekends required
  • Strong leadership and accountability
  • Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
