About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and inventory logs.
• Perform related and/or other duties as required.
