About The Position

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of housekeepers to maintain high cleanliness standards. In this role, you will: Supervise daily housekeeping operations and inspect rooms for cleanliness. Train and mentor housekeepers to deliver top-notch service. Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are well-stocked. Assist with scheduling and performance evaluations for the housekeeping team. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a drive for excellence.
