About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor at The Soundings & Breakers Resort is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and assisting in the training and management of housekeeping staff. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, contributing to their overall vacation experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year Housekeeping Experience as a Housekeeper, or two years' experience in the Hospitality field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of the Housekeeping Department under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness standards of all resort rooms and public space areas.
• Assist in the hiring and training of all Housekeeping personnel.
• Handle guest complaints or problems in a quick and efficient manner.
• Provide training to new associates.
