This full time non-exempt position under the supervision of the Program Director, oversees the performance of all basic cleaning requirements for the facility housekeeping needs essential to the health and welfare of all occupants.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining cleaning plans to be followed by selected residents
Supervising residents performing all general housekeeping inside and ground keeping outside the facility
Maintaining an adequate inventory of housekeeping supplies for general use
Maintaining associated equipment maintenance
Ensuring that all areas, including offices, classrooms, lounges, dormitories, bathrooms, and utility rooms meet company sanitation standards
Providing instructions for residential sanitary living practices
Supervising linen distribution and pick up on schedule
Performing light relevant facility maintenance
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of relevant OSHA standards
Commercial housekeeping experience
Relevant advanced training
Experience with industrial floor care and use of related equipment
