The Housekeeping Supervisor at Rock Creek Resort is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department. This includes following all appropriate policies and procedures, developing and implementing procedures to ensure that all housekeeping activities meet or exceed established standards, and conducting daily inspections of serviced areas. The supervisor will also assist in managing the departmental budget, monitor revenue and expenses, and ensure the security of all housekeeping supplies and equipment. The role requires regular communication with all departments and participation in the property’s Manager on Duty program as needed.
