About The Position

Willamette Family is seeking housekeeping staff to join our facilities team. If you have a strong work ethic and have an eye for detail this might be the fit for you! Housekeepers are an essential part of keeping our programs clean and healthy. Willamette Family was recently accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), noting that we meet or exceed the national standards for excellence in behavioral healthcare

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
• Be able to maintain the confidentiality of clients receiving services
• Approved Background Check
• Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC)
• Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 6 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. This policy is in place to ensure professional boundaries and avoid potential conflicts of interest.
