About The Position

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Folkestone is seeking a Housekeeping Services Manager for its team. SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Housekeeping Services Manager reports to the Site Leader or Director assigned responsibility for Environmental Services and supervisors Housekeeping staff. As a member of the site leadership team, the Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure a safe and secure environment while achieving short and long-term goals and objectives for the site.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Familiar with the basic principles of sanitation.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational, administrative, leadership and prioritization skills.
  • Must have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members and the general public.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
