About The Position

Job Summary Coordinate the work of six to twelve housekeeping workers and assist in task accomplishment of all housekeeping requirements in all university facilities, to ensure a sanitary and safe environment. Responsible for the care and handling of housekeeping equipment, supplies and assigned keys.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, chemical methods and equipment used in an institutional environment.
• Ability to understand, follow and enforce work instructions and safety practices
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship
• Demonstrate fairness, be decisive and maintain objectivity.
• Valid driver’s license required.
