About The Position

The Housekeeping/Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail. In this exciting role, you will provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas, deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently, greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner, stock linen closets and other storage areas, walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment, report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor, maintain a clean and organized work area, assist in training of team members, respond to owner or guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, help complete projects as needed, and assist other departments or areas when and where needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Must have a Valid TN State driver's license
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas
